These SMS Terms govern text message communications between you and Reclaim Realty, a DBA of Snow White Capital LLC. By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive SMS and MMS messages from us in accordance with these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Reclaim Realty uses SMS/text messaging to communicate with individuals who have submitted a property review request or inquiry. Message purpose: property review follow-up, appointment scheduling, requests for missing property details, status updates, and related property-option communications.

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our contact forms or review request forms. Your consent is voluntary and not required to use our services.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and communication needs. You may receive up to 6 messages per month. Additional messages may be sent in response to specific inquiries or scheduling needs.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. Reclaim Realty is not responsible for any charges incurred from receiving text messages. Please contact your wireless provider if you have questions about your plan.
5. How to Opt Out
To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages. To resubscribe, reply START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability and coverage.
8. Consent Is Not a Condition
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase, sale, or service. You may use our services and submit inquiries without opting in to text messaging.
9. Privacy of SMS Data
SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
