Reclaim Realty grew out of more than 20 years inside the world of distressed property. It started at sheriff sales — standing on courthouse steps, watching homes change hands in a matter of minutes.
What we kept seeing wasn't numbers on a docket. It was families. Parents who never opened the certified letter. Seniors who didn't realize how close the sale date was. People who, with one honest conversation a few months earlier, could have kept their home — or at the very least walked away with their equity, dignity, and a plan.
